Please find below some helpful tips…


Step 1: Choose Your Products
Browse our online shop by selecting “Shop” from the menu. You can choose “Cheese”, “Meat”, or “Other” from the menu to narrow down the selection. Just click on a product you’d like, select the quantity, and click “Add to cart”. Continue browsing and adding products until you’re ready to checkout.

Step 2: View Your Cart
Once you've finished adding items, simply click “View cart” above the product you’ve just added, or click on the Basket icon in the menu. This will take you to your 'Cart', where you'll be able to amend item details if needed.

Step 3: Review Items & Go To Checkout
Review the items in your Cart. You can amend quantities or remove items if required. Once you’re happy with your item list, select your shipping option: Flat Rate (for delivery in Chiang Mai) or Free Pickup from select venues (orders over 300 Baht). Then click “Proceed to checkout”

Step 4: Place Your Order
If you’re a returning customer click the “Returning customer” link at the top of the page to login. Or you can continue as guest (it’s not necessary to login to place an order).

Fill in your Name, Address, Phone No. and Email Address in the boxes provided (these will be automatically filled if you’re logged in).

If you’re a new customer and wish your details to be saved for next time, check the “Create an account” checkbox.

If you’ve selected the “Free Pickup” option, please select your pickup location from the dropdown list.

Now simply click “Place order” near the bottom of the page and your order will be sent to us. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly afterwards (please check your spam folder if you haven’t received after several minutes). We’ll be in touch with you once we’ve prepared your order or if we have any queries.

No, you don't need an account. You can place an order as guest without logging in or creating an account. But if you're considering making repeat orders it's helpful to do so.

Having trouble logging in?

If your account was created before 2023 then it's possible it was purged by our over zealous admins. If you can't login, and you're unable to reset your password, it's likely this is the case. Please contact us, or you can simply check "Create an account" on the checkout page when you next place an order and a new account will be created for you. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Please remember though, you can still place an order as guest without logging in.

Click on the above link and enter your username or email address in the box provided, then click the "Reset password" button. You'll receive a link to create a new password via email.
