It has long been known the culinary value of black pig. Berkshire black pigs from England have been recognised for centuries, Japan's Kurobuta have become a very popular export and Korean's love their Jeju black pig. Thailand may be a little late to the game but by no means is the quality and flavour lacking. The Marbling, texture and flavour of the North Thailand black pigs that has set a high standard which makes this bacon a cut above the rest.
